Charles “Chuck” Clark
PT, DPT, MHS, OCS, MTC, CSCS, CDNT
Chuck received his Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Louisville and both Master of Health Science and Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from the University of Indianapolis. He was re-certified in Orthopedics (OCS) in 2013 and attained a manual therapy credential from the University of St. Augustine in 2008. Chuck has also been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 1999. Lastly, Chuck became a Certified Dry Needling Therapist in 2017.
From 2005-2007, Chuck was the primary instructor of the Great Lakes Seminars’ Cervical and Thoracic Mobilization Continuing Education course. From 2008 forward, he has been focusing on developing, refining and teaching the Manual Therapy Toolkit Course on a national level. Chuck’s practice environment has always been outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. He currently serves as the Regional Coordinator for Results Physiotherapy in Louisville and Lexington, KY areas.
